In general, bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition as determined by the governing body. Where no official result is available, 788vin will use recognised statistical sources to settle markets. 788vin's decision on bet settlement is final.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event not taking place within the stipulated timeframe; an obvious pricing error; market suspension due to integrity concerns; or circumstances outside 788vin's reasonable control that prevent fair settlement. Voided bets are treated as non-runners in accumulator bets.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, crash titles, and fishing games, use certified random number generator ("RNG") technology or are streamed in real-time by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 788vin's systems, and 788vin does not manipulate game results. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned at 788vin's discretion.
788vin applies maximum single-bet payout limits and maximum daily withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the relevant game rules and cashier section. Any winnings exceeding applicable limits will be settled at the stated maximum, and the remainder will be forfeited. Players are advised to check applicable limits before placing large-stake wagers.

Upon closure, any available balance (subject to standard verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal procedures and the resulting balance returned.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788vin holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
